How To Make Tomato Sauce, Ketchup in Kenya, Uganda Tanzania and Rwanda


As an effort in helping individuals, both school and college leavers, the jobless and hotel owners utilise their potential in cottage industrial manufacturing, we have partnered with experienced industrial trainers in offering tutelage in commercial production of Tomato sauce, Ketchup etc. This has however been due to unprecedented demand for the courses by public.

Starting March 2016, we shall have full time classes for making tomato sauce ketchup and even fruit juice – all commercial grade, certifiable by the Kenya Bureau of Standards. Part of the training includes theory and thorough practicals, ingredient sourcing and packaging. The theory demonstrates product design and formulation, pricing and ingredient use.
